Welcome to the Center for Anger and Integration
When we dissociate from anger, we abandon ourselves. As young children, we often learn implicitly that our anger will cause us to be abandoned, creating a template within us that lasts a lifetime, causing us to suppress our anger. This creates a rift within us, causing disintegration.
Healing through Integration

Unacknowledged anger stagnates in our body, making us sick. Somatic manifestations of this include insomnia, gut illness, headaches, vertigo, and auto-immune disorders. Dissociated anger also results in anxiety, depression, mania, OCD, ADHD, even psychosis.

When we heal our relationship with our anger, we heal our relationship to ourselves.

I have developed a modality called an Integration exercise, which heals our internal fissures by bringing the past and present together in an experiential exercise.
